At the big all breed kennel club show in Stockholm in December, Siestas two daughters Dewmist Starcadia and Dewmist Starquette was 2nd and 3rd in the intermediate class. Starcadia also got the Reserve CC and ended the day as 5th best bitch !

At the Norwegian Kennel Club show in Hamar, Norway Siesta was placed 4th best bitch with Res. CC from the Open Bitch class, handled by her breeder Henric Fryckstrand.

On the first day at the 4 x international dog shows in Vadstena, Ch Dewmist Silverinda "Siesta" was placed 3rd best bitch and got the CC. This made her a Swedish Show Champion! I also handled Siestas daughter Dewmist Starcadia who won the Junior Class with Res. CC and was placed 4th best bitch after her mother! Judge this day was Claudio De Giuliani from Italiy.

The second day, Starcadia again won her class. This time with Honours Prize. Judge was Bertil Lundgren from Sweden.

At the Swedish Kennel Club show north of Uppsala in June, Siesta was placed 2nd in Open Class after her kennelmate Dewmist Shaquille. She also got the Reserve CC . Siestas daughter Dewmist Starcadia won the Junior Class and also got her first Reserve CC , handled by me. Her sister Starquette was placed 2nd in the same class with Honours prize .

Since Siesta can be shown in both open class and champion class she was shown in Open Class at the All Breed Kennel Club Show in Grästorp on the 3rd of May, the result was; 2nd in Open Class, Res. CC, 4th best bitch out of 49 bitches entered! Judge was Tina Angrell who wrote the following critique;
"Elegant bitch of excellent type. Feminine head with pleasant expression. Lovely neck and raising. Normal angulated front. Excellent chest. Strong top line. Well angulated rear. Delicious coat. Moves well from all sides. Well shown and well presented."

1st Champion Class, Res. CC, Reserve best bitch , SKC Int. Stockholm. Judge: Carlos Saevich, Argentina. Siestas daughter Dewmist Starquette was BPOS!

2:nd best bitch at the GRC Open Show in March. Judge was Kjell Svensson.

At the same show, Siestas two daughters Dewmist Starcadia and Starquette was 3:rd and 5:th best bitch puppies.

Best of Breed . London Canine Assoc. Judge: Mr. Archie Warnock

1st Open , Winners Bitch and Best of Opposite. This made Siesta to a Canadian Champion. London Canine Assoc. Judge: Mr. Tom Nesbit, see picture on Siestas page.

3rd Open at the specialty held by The Golden Retriever Club of Canada. At this show, Siesta was shown by me. Judge was Dr. Michael Woods, see picture on the right.

Her critique: "Lovely bitch in full cream coat. Pretty head with dark points and nice expression. Straight legs. Neat feet. Good toppline. Well angled front and rear with good upperarm. Moved well."

4th best bitch, Reserv CC. Swedish Spaniel and Retriever Club. Judge: Dan Ericsson
